SCM SUPPORT
5C offers Consultancy on Supply Chain Management with a core expertise related to all things Contracts and Procurement.
Our focus is on practical solutions that are easy to understand and follow maximising compliance and our clients' ROI. SCM does nothing in isolation so an inclusive approach is taken whenever possible to ensure the interactions and interface between SCM and the business are optimised and supported.
Below are some examples of areas we can provide you with support:
- Short term assignments (e.g. form or template reviews) measured in hours
- Current state analysis for corporate or capital project supply chain needs
- Development of single one off process or procedures to full planning to close out documentation development
- Contract & Procurement plan creation for individual requirements to complete project plans
- Conduct sourcing and/or negotiations on large or small packages, either for single or multiple packages
- Provide an experienced resource to support your ad hoc needs using our Real-Time approach
- Claims review and settlement
- Performance re-alignment. When things start going off line we can help with an independent approach
- Risk assessments, and help in identifying the mitigations and how to build them into your agreements
- Supplier & contractor relationship management; not everyone has the internal resources or time to do this, it can be for just a single key relationship or a program

Basically, anything you need help with, we can help.
