5C Contracts Ltd. is an independent Supply Chain Management (SCM) business with over 40 years experience delivering capital projects and assignments. 5C supply's all the resources required for your project and corporate supply chain business delivery requirements, for small to large organisations or assignments, from inception to completion and anything in between.

WHAT WE DO.
5C provides the SCM people, processes, tools, office space, IT and all other resources as required to execute projects, corporate initiatives and programs.
At one end of the scale we undertake one-off document reviews to the complete end to end process & procedure document creation, one off sourcing events (typically large and complex), supplier / contractor relationship management initiatives, and claims / change management.
At the other end of the scale, we deliver all aspects of capital project execution (new build, expansion, upgrading, sustaining, pilot etc.) from procurement planning, pre-qualification, sourcing, negotiation & award, expediting, full contract administration and project close out. Each SCM phase can be contracted separately or the complete project start to finish.
We pride ourselves on jointly developing solutions as a team to any issue, with the required change management and communication plans, including training material development and delivery, if required.

5C takes the approach that Supply Chain does nothing in isolation. We believe that SCM is a service to multiple internal clients and, as such, must build and foster those relationships required to fulfill our clients' objectives and goals. We can do anything as a team.
