5C’s primary goal is to provide value / return on investment (ROI) to our clients whether defined in terms of the direct dollar benefit, risk mitigated, claims reduced or avoided, timely execution, commercial structure, quality or schedule controls, all of which ultimately reduce costs of any project or assignment.

Overall, cooperatively designing and delivering deals that maximize capital efficiency & cost confinement or processes and procedures that are repeatable, efficient and auditable while meeting or exceeding expectations of the entire team is our focus.

5C is open to many commercial options that can be applied to any of our services.

We have a variety of different models that can be used, but are always happy to work with other approaches that may suit clients’ needs or preferences.

5C's options can be used as a stand alone approach or on a hybrid basis; we can start on a traditional hourly basis and convert to lump sum as the scope is developed.

Whilst most assignments can be costed using the standard hourly option, 5C would be happy to discuss other commercial approaches, such as:
